Neil discussed the details for the annual picnic to be held September 10, 2014. Tickets will be sold at the July meeting. The price is $7.50 or two for $15.00. After the deadline, tickets will be $10.00. The deadline is when the head count goes to the caterer. The Balboa pavilion has been reserved for the picnic and the 2015 picnic. The plans were discussed and are well along.
Bills were reviewed and were approved for payment.
Rob Tillotson said the grants for the “Sketch-up” licenses have been approved.
Frank Stoderl is working on a tool educational program.
After the meeting, the board looked at the tear drop trailer and expressed their appreciation for excellent work and all of the volunteer hours spent.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
